Are there any age restrictions at the hotel?
When making a reservation a minimum age of 18 years applies for all staying guests. A minor must always be in the company of a parent or guardian aged over 18 years.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
No, smoking in the hotel is not allowed. All rooms are equipped with a smoke detector. Those who do smoke inside can expect a fine of € 150, -. Smoking is allowed outside the hotels.
Are pets allowed?
A small dog is allowed for a fee of €25. When booking, please indicate that you are taking your dog with you. All other pets are not allowed.

The hotel has a wellness centre with Turkish steam bath, Finnish sauna and Life Fitness gym. Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Centre also has elevators, a bar and offers room service from our neighbours Restaurant Humphrey’s. In the more luxurious rooms you find the iconic round whirlpool and/or sauna.

In the wellness centre of Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Centre you can use a Turkish steam bath, Finnish sauna and Life Fitness gym.

Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Is it possible to check-in earlier?
If the room is already available on arrival, you can check-in earlier. If the room is not available yet, you can leave the luggage and check-in at a later time.
Is a late check-out possible?
A request for a late check-out can be made at the reception desk on the day of departure. They can let you know if availability allows this.
What are the costs for a late check-out?
The costs are €10,- for a late check-out until 13:00 PM/ €20 until 14:00 PM/ €30 until 15:00 PM/ €40 until 16:00 PM/ €50 until 17:00 PM and €60 until 18:00 PM.
Is it possible to check-in late in the evening?
A late check-in is possible. Please inform the hotel of your expected time of arrival.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?

Which rooms have a whirlpool?
The rooms in the hotel equipped with a whirlpool are: the Spa room, the Wellness room, the Suite and the Monumental Suite.
Does the hotel have family rooms?
The hotel doesn’t have family rooms. However, there are rooms with a connecting door, so that family members are nearby. This can only be booked through the reservation department.

It depends on what kind of allergy you have. The hotel can provide an anti-allergy duvet and pillows. Please contact the reservation department.

The housekeeping team has high hygiene protocols and does its utmost to deliver the hotel rooms as clean as possible. If you have an allergy, please let the hotel know.

Can I park at the hotel and what are the costs?
You can park at a reduced rate at Q-Park Nieuwendijk for €27,50 or at Amsterdam Central for €30 per 24 hours. Book your tickets via:
Parking Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Centre (q-park.nl)
You can also park your car at P+R Sloterdijk, located next to the Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station. The parking fee is € 8,- per 24 hours and includes free public transport tickets (for max. 5 persons). Please note that the € 8,- rate is valid for a maximum of 96 continuous hours (4 days). After 96 hours a higher rate applies.
Are there charging points for electric cars at the hotel?
Most public car parks have charging points for electric cars. Check the Q-park website for the most up-to-date information.
Is the hotel easy to reach by public transport?
Yes, the hotel is within walking distance of Amsterdam Central Station. You can also take the tram (2, 7, 12, 13 or 17) to Nieuwezijds Kolk.
Does the hotel have a transfer service?
Inntel Hotels does not have a transfer service. However, the hotel can call a taxi to take you to your desired location.

I don’t have a credit card. How can I make a reservation?
Please contact the reservation department, they can make a reservation for you by phone or e-mail. After making a reservation, they send you a payment link. The reservation department can be reached via +31 20 530 1818 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received a payment link. What is a payment link? And how does it work?
Via a payment link you can securely make the payment to the hotel online. You will receive the link by e-mail. If you click on the link, you will be automatically redirected to your bank. Here you can log in and agree to the payment. After we have received the payment, your reservation is guaranteed.
Is a deposit or prepayment required?

How long does it take until I receive my deposit back on my credit card?
The deposit will be refunded during check-out, or if an authorization has been made, it will be released during check-out. It depends on your bank, how long it takes until you receive the deposit.

I have booked an overnight stay on another website and I would like to change/cancel my reservation. How do I change/cancel my reservation?
Reservations placed on another website can be changed via the travel agent itself. They are happy to help you.
I have booked a non-refundable room. Can I still change or cancel?
By choosing this special rate with restrictions, you have agreed to the condition that this reservation can’t be changed. Unfortunately, the hotel can’t make an exception.
