You can also park your car at P+R Sloterdijk, located next to the Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station. The parking fee is € 8,- per 24 hours. The parking fee includes free public transport tickets (for max. 5 persons), so you can travel to the city center and back to the car park at no extra cost.
The P+R car parks can be found by following the P+R signs on the A1, A2 and A10 highways. Please note that the € 8,- rate is valid for a maximum of 96 continuous hours (4 days). After 96 hours a higher rate applies. Read more about the P+R rules. Back to top

The parking fee for 52 minutes or a part of it is € 4,-. The maximum fee for 24 hours is € 50,- without the discount.
As a guest of our hotel, you'll receive a 25% discount on the rates of Q-Park De Kolk. Discount cards are available at the reception of our hotel. To get the discount, please don't use your credit card when entering the car park, but take a ticket at the ticket vending machine.

Do I need to make a reservation for the car park?
Although it's not possible to make a reservation, you don't have to worry about a parking spot because Q-Park De Kolk is one of Amsterdam's largest car parks. At peak times, the queue time won't be longer than 15 minutes. Back to top
Is there a shuttle service from Schiphol Airport to the hotel?
Yes, the Connexxion Schiphol Hotel Shuttle rides from 06:00 until 21:00 hours between Schiphol and various hotels in Amsterdam, including our hotel. Every 10 minutes a shuttle will depart at Schiphol from halt/stop A7. The rides takes about 40 minutes. Back to top

Can I take a train between Schiphol Airport and the hotel?
Yes, of course. The train connection between Schiphol and Amsterdam Central Station is very good: a train departs every 15 minutes. The journey takes you about 20 minutes and a single 2nd class ticket costs € 3,70.
Please note that the OV chip card is the only valid travel pass for public transport in the Netherlands. You can buy a OV chip card at Schiphol and numerous train stations. Back to top

How do I get to the hotel by public transport?
Travel to Amsterdam Central station. Take tram line 1, 2, 5, 17 or 13 and take the Nieuwezijds Kolk stop. Walk to the Kolk Square and you will see our hotel on your right hand side. Back to top

Even during the evening and night there's plenty to do in Amsterdam. A lot of restaurants, bars and clubs are located in the Rembrandtplein and Leidseplein areas. You can also find several jazz and piano bars there.

Throughout the hotel you can use our wireless internet connection free of charge. In the hotel lobby there are 2 computers with a internet connection, you can also use them free of charge.

The authorization of your credit card is a part of our check-in procedure.
